All software updates are free
for the first 2 years after purchase. Current users of Salon Iris can
upgrade to a newer version or a different package by visiting our
Download Page. After the first 2 years,
software updates can be purchased at reduced prices.
Package Upgrades
You always have the option to
upgrade to a higher package of Salon Iris. All you have to do is pay the
difference between the two packages. See our
Download Page for pricing and ordering.
Quality Assurance
If you find a "bug," we
fix it free of charge, regardless of when you purchased Salon Iris.
Phone Training and Technical Support
Phone
All support is free for the first 90 days up to two hours of total time. After this period,
the cost is 85 cents per minutes. All phone
support calls must be placed on our technical support line. Technical
support is available on our toll-free line for an additional 55 cents per
minute.
E-mail
All e-mail support is free
for first 2 years after date of purchase.
Salon Iris Passwords
CMJ Designs, Inc. may
assist with lost Salon Iris passwords for a charge of $35. To apply
for assistance, please fill out the
Request
form.
Serial Numbers
CMJ Designs, Inc. does not provide assistance with lost serial numbers.
Database Passwords
CMJ Designs, Inc. does
not provide assistance with lost database passwords.
Return Policy
Software
All software can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full
refund.
Hardware
All hardware (cash
drawers, printers, and bar code scanners) sales are final. Hardware
can not be returned at anytime for a refund, exchange, or return.
